Under Rule 3.3 (i)(2) when a ‘not out' decision is being reviewed, it is stated that the centre of the ball at the point of interception should have been in line with the stumps whereas when reviewing an ‘out' decision an additional leeway is given for error by stating that no part of the ball should have been in line of the stumps at the point of interception.
