Review of UDRS system

1. Rule 3.2 (c) stipulates that while contemplating a decision for a review, no signals can be made from the dressing room.
2. Considering the length of a standard ODI, would increasing the number of reviews from two to four actually harm the flow of the match?
3. Under Rule 3.3 (i)(2) when a ‘not out' decision is being reviewed, it is stated that the centre of the ball at the point of interception should have been in line with the stumps whereas when reviewing an ‘out' decision an additional leeway is given for error by stating that no part of the ball should have been in line of the stumps at the point of interception.
