2) Is Election Commission mentioned in the Constitution?
3) Election of Chief Election Commissioner, his removal?
4) Election and Removal of other two election commissioners?



Answers:

1) Election Tribunals, (1976, 42'nd amendment act), with an appeal to SC
2) Yes, Art 324
3) elected by President, Removal on like grounds and procedures as SC judge
4) Other EC's can be removed by the President, but only on the recommendations of the President
